In the wake of devastating flash floods across Nepal, many British Hindu organisations have launched emergency appeals to provide rapid aid and long-term recovery support to affected communities.
Two such organisations are Sewa UK and the Hindu Forum of Britain.
Earlier this week, severe weather and floodwaters swept through villages, destroying homes, tearing apart roads, and severing vital bridge connections. With hundreds of lives impacted and thousands of families displaced, British Hindu groups are calling on the UK diaspora to embody the spirit of Sewa and extend immediate support.v The latest figures are over 780 deaths and over 2,500 people missing.
