Sexual Grooming and forced conversion targeting Hindu employees at TCS

Maharashtra, India: Reports are emerging of sexual grooming and conversion targeting Hindu employees by a racket of Muslim employees at the Nashik office of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of India’s largest tech companies.

At the time of reporting, nine police complaints have been filed by eight female employees and one male employee, detailing allegations of sexual exploitation, grooming, derogatory remarks against Hindu Dharma and coercive attempts to convert to Islam. All the accused are employees of TCS, who misused their workplace authority to target and silence victims. Seven of the accused (all male) have been arrested. Police are attempting to track down an 8th suspect, Nida Khan (in the image). As an HR manager, Nida was approached by several victims but reports indicate she not only failed to act but also colluded with other suspects to groom and target victims.

Evidence suggests the racket has been operating for four years at this office. The first police complaint was lodged in late March. Subsequently, female police officers went undercover at the office to investigate. More victims came forward as police exposed the perpetrators.
