Created by Yog Foundation in collaboration with the world-renowned leadership training experts at Faith in Leadership at St. Benet’s Hall, University of Oxford, Varchasva is the UK’s national youth leadership programme for young British Hindus.
Unique and the first of its kind, the programme fosters a holistic approach to leadership development, with an emphasis on leadership of the self and not just of others. The programme takes place over three residential modules on weekends and culminates with a graduation ceremony at the University of Oxford.
Being a part of Varchasva has been an eye-opening experience. From learning the principles of leadership from Krish Raval OBE, how to apply these abilities as a young Hindu leader, and understanding the value of bhakti, to connecting with like-minded individuals and exchanging our thoughts on a range of topics, it has been an enlightening experience.
Varchasva provides a forum for us to share our beliefs and acquire useful life skills that benefit both our personal and professional lives. This programme provides the Hindu youth in Britain with an opportunity to meet with highly intellectual and inspiring representatives to seek guidance and motivation to be a better Hindu every day.
